Gift certificates expire after 5 years. Gift cards purchased for a service without the dollar amount shown will be redeemable for the actual price paid at the time. The owner is the final decision maker as of value documented in records, or proof must be supplied in proper documentation.

Payments - We accept cash or all credit cards. *We do not accept checks.*

Scheduling - We realize how valuable your time is. We are a small establishment. If you call and do not get a person please leave your information: name, phone #, the service you desire, and a convenient time for your appointment. We will return your call as soon as possible. We do not have a full-time receptionist, so please be patient and know that your call is important to us and will be returned.

POLICIES

Cancellations/Lateness Policy- We recognize that occasionally a scheduled appointment must be changed or canceled. Please understand this time was reserved for you so please respect your therapists’ valuable skill and their time by giving a full 24hrs. notice. Failure to comply will result in a 100% charge for that time. Gift certificates will be considered used for the amount of the service scheduled. Management has the right to make the final decision based upon the circumstances. Please call with questions and concerns.

Gratuities - If you were pleased with your service, your therapist will appreciate being tipped. It is customary in this industry. Tips should be in cash only. The use of credit cards and checks for this purpose is discouraged as we can not then separate sales from tips. All therapists do have Venmo.
